Metal surface treatment
Pola e Massa has been active in the electronics industry since 1978 with special machines for the surface treatment of copper clad sheets and /or epoxy based laminates.

Since different years Pola e Massa has entered different technological fields with machines such as those for processing precious metals (silver-sheets); metal sheet covering with anti adherent sheets and for the glass and aerospace industries.

In order to meet the requirements of these industries, Pola e Massa has created a separate department from the dedicated electronics sector to address all new requirements.

The machines operate with water and can be fitted with automatic controls to compensate for brush wear, and because of their modular nature further processing stations can be fitted in line such as degreasing units, rinsing and drying modules and automatic loader and unloaders.

Customized scrubber 4/40/STR The line has been specifically designed for aerospace industry. Its sturdy structure, together with the specific software , guarantee a very efficient treatment of the pieces.

Double sided brushing module with horizontal oscillating brushes This machine is used for the surface preparation of metal plates for widths up to 24”. This is a double sided brushing machine designed for operation with most common brushes such as those made of Tynex und/or Scotch brite.

Planarizer Wet processing brushing machine for metal surface treatment and. deburring of sharp corners, hole edges and irregular perimeters.

PEM Washer 650 This conveyorized machine, with compact structure, has been designed to remove and to wash away all residues from the parts after dirty processes.
