Max board thickness: 5,5  mm (higher thickness on request)

• Automatic thickness control for brushes and back up rollers adjustment or against double feeding
• Degreasing module for operation up to 50° C
• N. 4 stainless steel counter-rollers
• N. 4 brushes (2 upper + 2 lower) Ø 150 mm with soft-start system
• Drying module consisting of 1 couple of  air jet blowers fed by 2 turbines (5 HP/each) placed inside two mobile sound-proof housings
• Transport rollers Ø 60 mm
• Omron PLC including a touch-screen
• Economy system for water and power saving
• Separate control cabinet complete with connecting cables 5 m long (10 m. on request)
