Double sided brushing module with horizontal oscillating brushes
This machine is used for the surface preparation of metal plates for  widths up to 24”.
This is a double sided brushing machine designed for operation with most common brushes such as those made of Tynex und/or Scotch brite. These brushes allow for different types of surface preparation such as deoxidation, surface preparation and deburring of holes after drilling.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The module is constructed almost entirely of stainless steel and is fitted with two horizontal oscillating brushes (one upper and one lower) which work against a 100 mm diameter counter pressure roller.
The movement of the brushes is independent and therefore both sides of the board can be processed or one side only.

This module offers the following advantages:

• single sided or double sided processing as per requirements
• fast replacement of the brushes
• processing of small and medium sized sheets;
• availability of various auxiliary accessories such as loaders/unloaders, rinsing sections, drying sections etc.
• possibility of modular assembly allowing for operation with different kinds of brushes.
